Review paper of Carbonatite-related REE deposit!

Carbonatite-related REE deposits supply the majority of light rare earth metals and niobium resources in the world. I had the great opportunity to collaborate with Prof. Hongrui Fan and his research group, writing this review paper about carbonatite-related REE resources.

This review paper is included in our Special Issue “Critical Metals in Hydrothermal Ores: Resources, Recovery, and Challenges”, and can be viewed here or from this link:

The first publication of Bayan Obo for our critical metal Special Issue

We just had the first publication of our Special Issue coming out, which is about Byan Obo, the world’s largest rare-earth element (REE) resource. The publication is open-access and free to download from the link below:

Soon there will be some state-of-the-art research of the critical metals hosted in the porphyry deposits of Chile coming out in our Special Issue. Stay tuned!

Welcome to the Green Zone!!
There is no boundary of Science even we all have to stay at home during the challenging time.
Sharing my knowledge of geology with school students online. Always very happy to see the interests from young students in geology, or more exactly, volcanology.
Guess what my answer is? 😉
